1. All Bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog. The right is reserved to withdraw any lot prior to sale, to divide
a lot, or to group two or more lots.
2. The highest bidder shall prevail. Should any dispute arise between bidders, the decision of the auctioneer as to
the successful bidder and the reoffering or resale of the lot under dispute shall rest entirely on the judgement of the
auctioneer. The auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and reserves the right to refuse any bid believed by him not
to be made in good faith.
3. FLOOR BIDDERS. The name and address of the buyer of each lot shall be given to the auctioneer immediately
following the sale of such lot. Payment of the whole purchase price shall be made immediately following the sale
unless special arrangements have been made.
4. MAIL BIDDERS. A successful mail bidder will be notified of lots purchased and must remit before the lots are
sent. Delivery to a successful mail bidder will be to the address on the bid sheet. A person known to us, may at our
option, have the lots forwarded for immediate payment. A charge will be made for postage, insurance and handling.
Proof, by the auctioneer, of receipt of a sending at the advised address shall constitute delivery. All buyers are
expected to pay for lots immediately upon receipt, unless special arrangements have been made prior to the sale.
5. Title shall not pass to the buyer until payment is received by Robert E. Lippert. If for any cause whatever, any
item sold cannot be delivered, or cannot be delivered in as good condition as the same may have been at the time of
sale, the sale will be canceled, and any amount that may have been paid on account of the sale will be returned to
the purchaser.
6. Successful bidders agree to pay for lots as specified above and no credit is extended. A late payment charge
of 1«% per month is imposed on overdue payments. This is 18% per year. All legal fees and or collection

lot must be paid for in full. B) Requests for extension must be made within 30 days of the date of the auction.
All expertization expenses will be borne by the buyer, execpt when the lot is not pronounced as described, Robert E.
Lippert will be responsible for expertization charges up to a maximum of $75.00. In the event of an adverse opinion
a full refund will be promptly made. Proof of the inability of a "Mutually accepted authority" to express a definite
opinion is not grounds for the return of a lot.
8. Any lot, description of which is incorrect, is returnable (A) within 5 days of receipt, and (B) if received by Robert
E. Lippert within 4 weeks from the date of the auction. All disputed lots must be returned intact in the condition
received. No adjustments. The following lots are not returnable: lots containing ten or more items; lots from
purchasers who had the opportunity to examine them before the auction; stamps described with defects or

insured mail only. CERTIFIED MAIL offers no protection in case of loss.
